A food diary that knows what you cannot eat
Most trackers count calories and stop. Nourro checks every food against your allergies and your dietary and religious requirements first, and says so plainly — before you eat it, not after.
App screens
By the numbers
- 7,918 foods on your device, searchable offline
- 14 major allergens checked on every product
- 0 trackers, ad SDKs or analytics SDKs
- 1 tap from a barcode to a verdict
Built on
- USDA FoodData Central
- Open Food Facts
- Apple Health
- OpenStreetMap
- Anthropic
- Your own baselines
It checks before you eat
Set your allergies, and whether you eat halal, kosher, vegan or vegetarian. Nourro then checks every product you scan or search against that profile, and tells you what it found and why.
- A red banner, not a buried footnote. Conflicts are the first thing on the screen.
- Your profile, shown back to you, so you can see which rule was applied.
- The ingredients that matter are highlighted in the list, not left for you to find.
- It distinguishes checked and clear from not checked, and never pretends the second is the first.

Your day, in one number
Readiness from your own sleep, fuelling, activity and recovery — compared to your normal, never a population average.
Every score carries its confidence, and says what is driving it. When there isn't enough data to be sure, it tells you that instead of inventing a number.

The diary, done properly
Calories and macros, a diet-quality score across everything you logged, and your dietary status for the whole day at a glance.
Barcode scanning, a nutrition database of nearly eight thousand foods that works offline, AI meal identification from a photo, custom foods, saved meals and recipes.

What your diary actually shows
Trends over seven and thirty days, your average macro split, and plain-English observations about what you have actually been eating — weekend drift, protein gaps, the one food carrying a third of your intake.
No dashboards to interpret. Sentences.

Medication reminders that are actually free
Add what you take, the dose, and the times you take it. Nourro reminds you at each one and keeps a record of what you have actually taken.
- Several doses a day, each reminded and ticked off separately.
- A note that arrives with the reminder — on an empty stomach, with a meal — because the instruction matters as much as the time.
- Pause without deleting. A medication you have stopped for now keeps its history and its settings.
- No subscription. Most apps put this behind a paywall. It is the feature people are most likely to depend on daily, so it is free.
Nourro is not a medical device, and a reminder is a convenience. It must not be your only means of remembering a dose. Follow the instructions from your doctor or pharmacist, and speak to them before changing anything you take.

Built to know as little about you as possible
No advertising SDK. No analytics SDK. No third-party trackers. There are none in the app — not fewer, none.
Your diary lives on your device and only reaches a server if you choose to make an account. We have never sold personal information and we do not share it for advertising. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, without asking us.

One thing we will not pretend
Nourro is not a medical device, and its allergen information is not a guarantee. Ingredient data comes from public databases, from manufacturers, from AI estimation and from what you type in. Recipes change without notice, and cross-contamination is invisible to any database.
Always read the physical packaging. Treat Nourro as a convenience and the label as the truth.
Ready when you are
One scan. One log. Nourro meets you where you are.
